Welcome! I am Sarah from Waves of Hope RI. I meet with adults 18+ for individual video sessions. Whether you need a space to address difficult thoughts/feelings or want to focus on your mental wellness, I strive to provide you with a confidential, affirming space and help you gain tools to improve your wellness. You may be encountering a life transition, stress, worry, low self-confidence, communication difficulties, professional concerns, social concerns, feeling overwhelmed, or notice a need for more self-care. Hope is possible! Sarah offers support to help with your goals/problem solve in a trauma-informed, virtual setting for stress, depression, & anxiety. Techniques include Solution-Focused, Burnout Prevention/Self-Care, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques, & informed elements of Internal Family Systems. Your overall wellness is important to me. You, like others, may want a safe space to share thoughts and feelings apart from your daily life without bias.
